The Tour
New Seating Peninsula
Working within the parameters of existing condo plumbing, existing wall has been reduced to counter height
New countertop depth creates a 12” deep overhang for seating opposite the sink and dishwasher and opens the kitchen to the living area
Range Wall
Removal of existing soffit above the wall cabinets allowed for the addition of 18” high row of stacking wall cabinets and crown throughout
New microwave range hood saves space
Range now flanked with easy reach corner cabinets, without lazy susan inserts, for convenient pot/pan storage
Spice racks attached to inside doors of range-flanking wall cabinets bring spice collection to eye-level while cooking
Fridge/Pantry Wall
Single roll out tray base cabinet stores flatware and utensils and makes access to small kitchen appliances easy
Enclosed fridge and stacked, crowned cabinets add storage and sophistication to the space
18” wide pantry finishes this kitchen with convenient roll out tray access to staples
